What are the rhythms of the collections?

G4 designs 2 collections per year, according to the seasons:

- Spring / Summer

- Autumn winter

Leaving free rein to his imagination, very limited collections are available from time to time and without regular intervals, unlike seasonal collections. Follow the news of the brand to stay updated.

Can you send me your brochure?

Cycling being one of the most ecological sports, we limit to the minimum the sending of our catalogues. Every request is studied carefully. If you wish to receive one about our brand, please send an email to All our collections are available on the brand's website.

How should I choose my size?

Although there is no universal confection, our G4 products have "fit" cuts, "close to the body". If you prefer more loose clothes, we suggest you opt for a larger size. Refer to our size guide.

Can I get instant advice when I want to buy a product?

Our chat-live bottom right of our website, allows you to contact us to ask us questions about our products. We guarantee an answer as soon as possible.

Are the products guaranteed?

G4 products are guaranteed for one year, beyond one year we cannot be held responsible for any defect or defect. Each product will be submitted to an expertise by our product service who will judge the condition of the products. If the products prove to be defective, they can be exchanged or refunded.

How many types of pad (bottom of shorts) offer G4?

Result of our research and development, we offer a unique pad, the G4 Pro HD 100. Concept of double memory foam, honeycombed 100kg / m3 and an anatomical curve developed by Geoffroy Lequatre, founder of the brand and former professional cyclist, guaranteeing the physical well-being of high-level cyclists in their 30000kms per season.

Is pad for men and women different?

The pad for women has a different shape and is adapted to the perineum since the seating area for women is wider than for men. The latter have longer chamois to ensure optimal protection on intimate parts.

The common point of our pads between men and women lies in the fact that they:

- transfer moisture efficiently thanks to unparalleled ventilation

- have a high elasticity

- are all seemingly seamless and hypoallergenic

- provide extra thickness to avoid injuries and ensure excellent comfort

- are made from recycled raw materials

Does G4 offer an off-cycling range?

We offer a line of sportswear clothing for before and after the sport. For example, we created a collection as part of our collaboration with Peter Sagan and another collection for the professional Cannondale cycling team.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards of various sizes. Two options: postal or electronic.


Where are the G4 products made?

All G4 products are fashioned in the north of Italy near the city of Milan to guarantee you an unmatched quality. None of our products are manufactured or brought to a country other than Italy or France, thus limiting the carbon footprint of the brand to a minimum.

What materials are used?

Geoffroy Lequatre has selected the best technical materials such as lycra, membrane, compression, windproof, waterproof, water repellent, breathable, hypoallergenic, antibacterial, aerodynamic. We prefer the lightest fabrics for our products to guarantee performance, comfort and elegance with only a few possible comparisons. We use several treatments for fabrics against water, heat, UV, all meeting the Oeko-Tex standard. We use fabrics and materials from France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and, Japan

However, for sportswear collections, we use cotton fabrics.


Do you offer the opportunity to tailor/custom cycling clothes or equipment?

We work regularly in partnership with clubs, associations or groups of cyclists in order to prepare them clothes respecting their image, their value, by bringing the design that will make them unique. Our tailor-made outfits make it possible to stand out with an elegant style while guaranteeing performance and comfort, the resultof our years of research.

Are the quotes free?

Yes, we establish a free quote including all the features of your project.

Are custom samples free?

Yes, with a refundable deposit after the order has been placed or after the return of the products.

Is the design free?

No, it costs €650 (without tax & without copyright). Nevertheless, under certain conditions exceptions may occur. Please discuss this with your dedicated "custom" contact during the creation of your project.

How long can I receive my order after payment?

Between 7 and 8 weeks on average after validation of the design.

Are there payment terms for any custom order?

Yes, when you accept the quote, we consider the possibility of introducing certain payment terms based on order volume, delivery and other parameters that you can discuss with your dedicated "custom" contact.

Does G4 offer tailor-made clothes for triathlon?

Yes, we make tailor-made for triathlon clubs including three-function combinations without sleeves or short sleeve to your image, for any request contact

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept 5 types of payments:

- By credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

- By your Paypal account

- By check (only in France)

- By bank transfer

- By cash (in the case of a purchase in the showroom)

Are online purchases secured?

Yes, for any order made by credit or debit card, transactions occur on a secure banking server. The banking information is and remains fully encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), they are never visible on the network and do not stay on any server.

For any order by PayPal, you benefit from the protections offered by the payment platform.

Is it possible to pay in several times?

Yes, you pay in 3 times without charge for any order made by credit or debit card only when the amount is greater than or equal to €200.

Is it possible to pay in another currency than the euro?

We accept payments in the following currencies: US dollar, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, British pound, Korean won, Japanese yen.

Prices are with VAT or without?

All our prices are included VAT but can be without for the "tailor-made ".

Are there any applicable discount codes?

Yes, when you create an account, you benefit from a € 10 reduction to be claimed on your first order of an amount greater than or equal to € 59. To receive other discounts, please follow the news of the brand via social networks and the newsletter.

My payment did not work, what to do?

Please try again by checking the accuracy of the data entered during the payment, that you have not reached your spending limits and/or that your bank account is sufficiently stocked for the transaction to take place. If this persists, please choose a different method of payment and/or reach out your bank.


How long after my order will I receive my items?

As part of a national order, the average time for receipt of orders is 2 to 3 business days for standard delivery. For an express order, it is necessary to order before 12h00 a working day by paying by credit card to receive your parcel the next working day.

What are the different types of delivery?

We offer Standard deliveries and Express deliveries for all our items. For more information, please consult our delivery section. It will give you more information about international shipping.

What are the delivery rates?

For orders placed in France and less than € 139, the price is € 5.9 per 500g for standard delivery. For orders over or equal to 139 €, you get free standard delivery in France.

The international delivery costs are calculated according to a zoning method that you can find here. Different price thresholds allow you to benefit from free delivery depending on your location in the world.

Product return policy

My products have a problem, what to do?

G4 undertakes to exchange or refund the apparently defective products and the return shipping costs incurred. G4 will inspect the products to validate the defect, each request must be addressed with the reason "defect".

The defective nature of the product (s) must however be validated by G4 and be the subject of a classic request for return (see below), with the reason "Default"

What do I have to do to return a product for a refund or to exchange it for another size and/or colour?

The customer must make a request to stating whether he/she wishes an exchange, a credit or a refund. Requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours (working days).

In the case of a validated return, we formulate a return number to affix in a clear and legible manner on the parcel. A withdrawal form is also to be included in the return package.

How and when will I be refunded if I return my order?

The refund is made via the same method of payment as you used during your order and within 30 days maximum upon receipt of the package by our services. If you choose to get credit on our website over a refund, it will be sent by email to the address used when ordering. Usable for your next order online and directly in your basket.

Are the returns free or at my expense?

In the case of a return product for a refund, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the case of returning a product for another size and/or colour, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Nevertheless, G4 will be responsible for sending the new package without recharging the buyer.

How long do I have to return my order?

A period of 14 clear days is granted to the consumer upon receipt of the goods, to use his/her right of withdrawal without having to justify or pay penalties, except for the costs of return.

Under what conditions must the products be to be refunded or exchanged?

We take the products for exchange or refund only if they have not been worn, are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any product visibly used, worn, washed, damaged will be automatically rejected by G4.

How long will the return of my product be processed?

Upon receipt of the return package, we process your request within 2 to 3 business days. If this is not possible, G4 will contact you to offer you the best possible solution.
