There’s 23 candles atop Michel Koch’s chocolate birthday cake. Michel comes from Germany, a country renowned for “Kaffee und Kuchen”. Michel’s cake is made from layers of rich chocolate sponge, sandwiched and covered in a chocolate ganache cream. Luckily the season’s over and calories don’t count quite so much!
Michel’s enjoyed two solid seasons honing his craft at Cannnondale Pro Cycling, animating breaks, gracing a few jerseys and generally working for the team leaders. No news yet on where he’s bound next but we wish him every success in his new team.
