Altitude training

There are several types of altitude courses:

An internship to refine your form, or you can stay a week, and really do intensities a few weeks before a goal.
There are also longer courses to produce blood cells as is well known. But especially to be able to do big workload in the passes. And also to be in osmosis with nature, so get back to being away from the stress of the city, and be able to bike 100%.

Last, weather conditions, recovery…

That trainings can last up to three weeks for some or 10 days for others.

After that there are also the advantages of being at altitude. The cold and the recovery are the most difficult. It must be well guided for his training, and have a good feeling for dressing well compared to the day that comes.
