George comes from New Zealand and one of its most famous cakes, and a particular favourite in the G4 kitchen, is the Pavlova. We have a base layer of meringue – crisp on the outside and chewy inside – topped with light as air whipped cream and covered in tart passion fruit. Mmmm, what’s not to like! We know it’s not your Mum’s cooking George but………………….
George is currently training with his team mates in Tenerife ahead of his next block of racing and I’m sure he and #thegreenmachine will find time to quietly celebrate his 24th birthday.
