Today’s the 25th birthday of Cannondale Pro Cycling’s sprint and track star Elia Viviani, who hails from the beautiful city of Verona. Italians love their coffee, so we’ve made Elia a tiered coffee cake sandwiched and decorated with coffee and hazelnut meringue butter cream. He’ll only have time for a small piece as he’s heading for the sand strewn roads of Qatar, having already competed in the Santos Tour Down Under.
