G4 team loves Christmas celebrations! We also love bike rides too much! So let’s explain to you how to approach the holiday season to recharge your batteries while enjoying your family. All this by managing your cycling training.

Short Cycling Training in the morning

We agree with you, the holidays are there to relax with our family. To recharge one’s batteries for a cyclist is also to be able to ride at will.
