To make a return / exchange, drop-down the menu. Then click on "My Account" section
Then click on the "Order history and details" section
Once in your history, choose the order with the product(s) you want to exchange/return. Then click on the order number.
Then click on "Merchandise return" to access the form.
Select the product(s) you wish to return/exchange by checking the different boxes. Leave us a comment with the reasons why you return. Don't forget to print the "return form" and fill it out. You need to put it on your parcel once our teams have validated your request.
Then click on "Make an RMA slip"
Now, let's see your return request and its status in the section "my return". Before returning your product, check that its status is "waiting for confirmation".
