1. Applicability
 
These general conditions are applicable to the purchase of G4 branded products on G4 website www.G4dimension.com, (hereafter also: the « Website »).

3. Ordering on our Website
 
3.1 How to order
You need an e-mail address to place an order, and you need to set your browser to accept both cookies and pop-ups in order to make full use of the Website, which includes designing items, adding items to your shopping cart and checking out from our store.
 
Placing an order on the Website is easy. To place order, you only have to go on the Website www.G4dimension.com and to follow the purchasing procedure.
 
3.2 Our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase.
 
We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
 
• the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);
• your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
• your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
• we could not deliver to the address provided by you.
 
3.3 Data check
When you send us your order, we may run some checks on it before it is fulfilled.
These checks may include verifying your address, creditworthiness, and checking for fraud. As to the latter: we run partly automated checks on all purchases to filter out unusual or suspect transactions, or transactions which can be identified as susceptible to fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and if necessary prosecuted. By submitting your order, you agree to this.
 
3.4 Acceptance of the order
Condition for the acceptance of the order is the payment of the selected item(s). Any order made for an item with the acceptance of its price, indicates the acceptance its description and its terms of use.

4. Price and condition of payments
 
4.1 Payments methods

We only accept payment by credit card. We do not accept any other payment method than those mentioned in this article.

- Payment by credit card on the module created for this purpose.

- Payment by bank transfer.

- Payment by PayPal.

- Payment by Alma in 3X without charge.

 
We do not accept any other method of payment than mentioned in this section/article HELP
Section, as our system is not designed to process other payment methods.
 
4.2 Payment processing
Payments can only be processed if the billing information can be verified.
 
Order’s total amount are payable in one time payment or 3time payment with Alma payment solution. If you pay by credit/debit card, we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as your order was finished.
 
G4 cannot accept any liability if payment is refused, or declined, by the credit/debit card supplier. Any refusal of payment should be taken up with your card supplier.

For the payment in 3X without fees with our partner Alma

- The Seller offers its Customers the Alma credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of the payment. This is conditioned by the Customer's acceptance of the GTC or of the credit contract proposed by Alma.

- Any refusal by Alma to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of the order.

- Any termination of the GTC binding the Customer and the Seller entails the termination of the GTC or the credit contract between Alma and the Customer.

- The payment in three times is available via our partner Alma. The security of the payments is ensured by Alma and its providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

- Purchase amount: Only purchases of a minimum of 200€ are eligible for payment with Alma

- Fees: By paying in several installments with Alma, the Customer does not pay any fees.

- Alma is a tele-payment manager and delivers an electronic certificate that will be considered as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code

- Termination: Any termination of the GTC binding the Seller and the Customer, entails the termination of the GTC between Alma and the Customer.

 
4.3 Retention of title
We retain title in the products until we have received full payment for all such products.
 
4.4 Prices
The product prices displayed on the Websites are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered. For details on shipping rates per country see the help section of the Website.
 
G4 reserve the right to change prices without notice. The prices as displayed at the moment of purchase are the prices applicable to that purchase.
 
5. Shipping & Delivery
 
5.1 Delivery (delivery moment)
We deliver products from Monday through Friday. We do not ship on public holidays.
 
5.2 Delivery timelines
For all items, we offer Standard Delivery and Express Delivery:
 
-EXPRESS DELIVERY: 1-4 days delivery!*
If you choose Express Delivery, you submit your order on a working day before 12.00
hrs (noon) CET, and you pay by credit/debit card, your order will be delivered the next working day (weekend days and public holidays are not considered working days).
 
STANDARD DELIVERY: 3-8 days*.
 
* We try to deliver on time to the extent this is commercially reasonable. We usually make it, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

6. Shipping rates
 
6.1 Shipping rates
Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country of delivery. For details on shipping rates per country see the help section of the relevant Website.
 
6.2 Free shipping
If you make a purchase that exceeds the threshold relevant to your delivery country, you will receive FREE ‘standard delivery’, or the option of discounted ‘express delivery’. See the help section of the relevant Website for threshold amounts and their corresponding discounted delivery rates.
 
7. Conditions applicable to promotion codes (discounts)
 
7.1 When used according to its terms, a promotion code entitles the user to a one-time promotion / discount relating to the purchase of an individual products or to an order of more than one product during the period indicated with the relevant promotion code.
 
7.2 Promotion codes are personal and non-transferable and can be used only in direct connection with online purchasing on the Websites. You cannot sell, barter or give away a promotion code. You cannot upload or make available a promotion code on any website or through any other public offer, give away, sale or barter. You cannot use promotion codes for commercial purposes.
 
7.3 Only one promotion code can be used per product and per order. Promotion codes cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion.
 
8. Availability
 
A fulfilment of all orders on the Websites is subject to availability. We try to ensure that all items offered for sale are in stock. However we reserve the right not to accept any orders or to cancel confirmed orders for products that are out of stock. In such event we will inform you by e-mail and any payments will be refunded.
 
9. Return
 
9.1 According to the law, in case of an online purchase, the customer, except for the cost of the return, has a period of 14 days from the date of the arrival of the item(s) to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify anything or to incur penalties.
 
9.2 G4 Please contact customer service to make a return. Email address: return@g4dimension.com. Complaints are processed within 48 to 72 hours (weekdays).
 
All valid orders receive an order number. In case of a return; please put the order number on the package that will be sent back to G4. The return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of an error made by G4, shipment costs are paid by G4. The customer must specify whether he wants a refund or a return.
 
Refunds are made via the same payment method that was used when ordering. The gift coupon is sent to you by email. You will find it in your cart where you can use it for your next online purchase.
In case of numbered, exclusive and limited collection, only the credit note is available.
 
9.3 Your complaint/returned item(s) will be processed promptly and you will be informed as soon as possible by email.
 
On average, it takes us 15 working days from the date of the return of product. Only unworn items that are in perfect condition and are in their original packaging can and will be accepted. Any product that has been used, worn, washed, damaged will be refused and returned or refunded by G4. The item (s) that cannot be returned will be returned to the client without the client being able to claim compensation or a refund from G4. G4 is committed to return or refund the apparently defective products and shipping costs associated with returning.
 
In each an every case, the defective product (s) must be inspected and validated by G4. A general request for return (see above), with the indication "defective" must be sent to G4.
The new shipping cost in case of exchange, asked by the client, is a charge of the client. 

9.4 Products purchased on the website during official French sales periods are refundable only in the form of  commercial credit voucher on the G4 site except with the Alma 3X payment solution where a refund will be made*. The return must be made during the sales period. An exchange is only possible if the size desired is available in stock.  

 
10. Warranty
 
All G4 products and items are provided a guarantee according to the Article 1641 of the Civil Code. However, beyond 3 months after the date of purchase, G4 will not be held responsible for any defect(s). All products will be examined by our customer service, however the customer must justify that the purchase was made less then one year ago. Products found defective can then be returned or refunded under the terms stated in article 9.
 
11. Security of transactions
 
To ensure the security of payments, G4 uses the secure payment service of the Bank "LCL" (Credit Lyonnais), which integrates the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. Confidential data: the credit card number, expiration date and the cipher text is encrypted and transmitted to the bank's secure server. Under no circumstances shall these data be stored on the server (s) of G4.
 
12. Intellectual Property
 
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. All brand names, product names and titles used on the website are trademarks or trade names of G4 or third party trade mark or trade name holders. You are not allowed to use of reproduce any such trade marks or trade names as this may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights. All Website design, texts, documents, movies, music and/or other services and the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this website are the copyright of G4 or its suppliers.
 
13. Personal Information (C.N.I.L. approval n°1448827)
 
According to the French law n° 78-17 of January the 6th of 1978, concerning the collection and use of personal information, the users of the website G4dimension may request access, correction and opposition on the sale of their personal information collected by G4.
Those rights may be exercised by writing an email to the following address: contact@g4dimension.com. G4 undertakes to take any precaution necessary to preserve the security and confidentiality of such information and in particular to prevent them from being unduly modified, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Moreover, G4 undertakes to use your email address for internal usage only and not to communicate it to any third party.
 
14. Liability
 
14.1 G4 shall only be liable for damages suffered by you in the event such damages result from attributable breach by G4 of its contractual obligations towards you, or in the event G4's liability follows from applicable statutory law.
 
14.2 The company G4 cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or corruption of any data. Furthermore G4 is not responsible for any loss of profit, turnover or any other indirect loss caused by the malfunction of the wwwG4dimension.com website.
 
14.3 We shall not be liable for damage incurred by a third party resulting from the use of any of our products. We shall not be liable for damage incurred by you as a result of your improper use of any of our products.
 
14.4 In the event you suffer damage as a result of our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, none of the limitations in this article apply.
 
15. Applicable Law
 
15.1 The language of these general conditions is the French language.
 
15.2 These general conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including the validity thereof, or with the use of the Website or with any purchases on the Websites shall be governed by French law.
 
15.3 In case of a legal dispute, the court of Grasse shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
